Accessibility
We take a practical approach to building your van, designing it to be reliable and easy to maintain. From day one, we ask, “What if something goes wrong? How can we make it simple to fix?” Beyond a polished look, every system is built with accessibility in mind. For example, the shower mixer is reachable from outside the shower, so if it ever needs replacing, there’s no cutting into walls. The plumbing area has a removable wall for easy access to the water tank or heater, and all electronics are laid out to avoid cramped, hard-to-reach spaces. While we build for reliability and do not expect problems, these design choices ensure that maintenance is straightforward and your van adventure stays worry-free.
Kitchen
A real kitchen. Not a camp kitchen. We design around counter space, storage, and the way you actually cook. Induction cooktop, deep single-basin sink, Dometic 12V refrigerator, and enough workspace to prepare a real meal. Everything has a place, and nothing feels like a compromise.
Power
Your power system should be the last thing on your mind. We build around Victron components — reliable, proven, and simple to monitor — paired with lithium batteries and enough solar capacity to run your appliances, charge your devices, and sleep comfortably without giving it a second thought.
Bathroom
A well-designed bathroom can make life on the road feel a lot more like home. Our standard build includes a larger 24" x 40" shower pan, an OGO composting toilet, and a Nautilus self-cleaning shower door for privacy. With a variety of options to suit your travel style, we’ll create a bathroom that’s practical, comfortable, and easy to maintain.
Bed
Sleep well. Every night. Whether you prefer a fixed bed or a convertible lounge, we design it around your travel preferences. Our convertible option includes a custom bed extender that converts the lounge and dining area into a full-size bed you'll actually look forward to sleeping in.
Building Materials
From day one of a build, we focus on creating a van that’s built to last through the constant demands of road life. For example, we use rivnuts and bolts to secure every furring strip to the walls and ceiling, creating a stronger connection than typical self-tapping screws. Our attention to durability starts with the details you’ll never see, like the framework behind the walls. This approach carries through the entire build: cabinets and drawers are made from Baltic birch plywood, built to withstand climate changes and the rigors of driving. We also incorporate high-quality materials, such as Kerdi Board for superior shower waterproofing, 3M Thinsulate for effective insulation, Kilmat for sound deadening, and PEX piping with SharkBite fittings for reliable plumbing. These are just a few of the thoughtful choices we make to ensure your van is durable, comfortable, and ready for the road ahead.
Add-ons
Every build is different. That's the point. Awning, running boards, rooftop A/C, garage drawers on heavy-duty sliders — if it makes your van work better for how you travel, we can build it. We'll design around your life, not a standard package.
